Beautiful lilacs from my little nephew, Noah - isn't he sweet and thoughtful...

If only I could capture the wonderful aroma as well.

~ June 5, 2014 ~ Light It Up Moncton

Our little city of Moncton is going through a very dark time right now as a heavily armed man has shot and killed three of our RCMP officers and injured two others last evening, June 4th.

Tonight we honour their request to illuminate all outside lights, as the suspect remains at large after over 24 hours of searching and darkness has fallen once again.

These are the gazebo lights we have on our back deck.

The good news is that the suspect was apprehended shortly after midnight without any further injuries or casualties.

~ May 12, 2014 ~ Convocation

Today was such a proud day. My middle son, Tyson, graduated from Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science degree (with First-Class Honours.) Here is my handsome grad!

More photos to follow, once I've had a chance to go through them all and edit my faves.

Edit: OK, here are a few more.

And, finally, here are the indoor ones from the ceremony itself.
