~November 29, 2012~ Tree Lighting in Boston

We travelled to Boston today, and went to the tree lighting ceremony at Boston Common. The tree was a gift from Nova Scotia to thank the people of Boston for the emergency assistance they provided after the Halifax explosion in 1917.

~October 26, 2012~ Museum of Science

Wow! If only we had more time - we could have spent two full days here and still not seen everything! What an amazing place!

The Mammoth and Mastodon exhibit.

The lightning theater was my favorite part of the museum.

Watch out for the little devil trying to drop stuff on your head!

Today we visited the New England Aquarium.

~October 24, 2012~ Rush at the Garden

Here we are in Boston once again - the boys' fave band in the world, Rush, is in town. This time we brought Justin and Tyson, as Dylan had his turn back in April to see the Bruins and Celtics. Here's Tyson at the souvenir stand. We all got souvenir shirts, but I think Tyson bought one of everything they had going. He REALLY loves Rush.

Upon emerging from the parking garage, the first thing we came upon was a giant noodle - must be KD day in Boston.

Poor Justin was beat before the show even started. Travelling is exhausting, especially when you're not used to it.
