This morning, as I was getting ready to leave for work, I glanced out the glass door in the front as I passed by and I noticed how beautifully the sun was shining through the droplets of dew blanketing the grass. I immediately grabbed my camera, as I felt compelled to capture the images that I visualized could be created by this mesmerizing combination.
Welcome to my blog! I started a Project 365 in 2011, and though I didn't finish due to a shoulder injury, I had still been shooting and posting on a regular basis until about April of 2016. After a four year hiatus, I have recently started getting back to it, so we'll see if this trend continues. Thanks for stopping by and feel free to leave me comments - I appreciate each and every one of them!

~June 24, 2012~ Bubbles
It was dark, dreary, and rainy this weekend. The perfect weekend for some water drop shots.
The droplets on this leaf reminds me of the bubbles in soda - more specifically, a clear soda. Crisp and clean and no caffeine, lol!
Drops on blades of grass.
And another leaf.
Rolling stones gather no moss, but the same cannot be said for the roof of our old wooden shed.
And of course, I cannot go outside to try to accomplish anything without the dog underfoot. Wait, I can't accomplish anything inside without her underfoot, either.

~June 17, 2012~ Happy Father's Day
Darrin and Tyson went on an upside down ride at the fair today.
They are in the bottom one on the far left hanging upside down. Crazy dudes!
Waiting in line.
More waiting.
I think I captured nearly every part of the trajectory.
And here are a couple shots of a praying mantis having its dinner.

The larger group of babies is starting to get their feathers - you can especially notice on their wings and tails.
The smaller group of babies are younger - they are at about the size of the other group when I first photographed them on May 25th. They are really growing fast!
Click here to see how they looked back then.

I took a few more shots in Sackville today.
Here's Tyson on his way to the car after his busy day of science experiments.
